Biden unveils $775 billion plan for universal preschool, expanded child and elder care


Joe Biden on Tuesday unveiled a $775 billion plan for child care and elder care that includes universal preschool and tax credits for lower-income families, the latest in a series of policy proposals leading up to next month’s Democratic convention.
